Shoot out a tire on 15 different vehicles

This is an easy achievement to get in this game. First you'll need to find a busy street where a lot of cars are driving by. Get a gun that will do the job and start blowing up cars tires. You cant shoot all 4 tires since it wont work. You can only shoot 1 tire on 15 cars. The people will start screaming and stuff so make sure you shoot the civilians that are calling the cops! You can also shoot a tire on the cops vehicles if need! This is an easy achievement!
