Defeat Albert
During chapter 3 you will get a mission where you have to blow up supply crates. The last crate will be in this basement area and that is where you will find Albert. When you are fighting him you will have no weapons. There will be these organ boxes around that you are supposed to smash. When you smash a couple Albert will come out and you will have to go up to him and press Y and X. If you run out of organ boxes you will have to go up and start punching him.
