GTA 5 reaches 34 million shipped

Grand Theft Auto V has shipped more than 34 million units, according to Rockstar parent company Take-Two.

That means the game moved some 1 million copies in the fiscal quarter which ended June 30, 2014 - Take-Two reported that the game had shipped 33 million copies by the end of its previous quarter.

The game's PC, PS4, and Xbox One versions are scheduled to release in autumn, meaning that figure is due to jump again.

Rockstar has said the new-gen version will feature "across-the-board graphical and technical improvements to deliver a stunning new level of detail". GTA 5's PS4 version will have some unspecified exclusive features or content to tempt players onto Sony's console.

Take-Two posted slight losses for the first quarter of its 2015 fiscal year. Its net revenue was up despite the lack of major new releases, led by GTA 5, NBA 2K14, and Borderlands 2.

they haven't sold that many they have just shipped them :)
I thought it meant sold as well until some one told me haha


Oh that makes sense. But it is GTA so it was expected :)

GG Rockstar, that is alot of games, and it's only going to increase when it is re-released for next-gen and PC.
