Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare due for reveal May 4th

It has come to light that Activision is going to reveal their 2014 Call of Duty courtesy of Sledgehammer Games this Sunday, May 4th, at 5am Eastern via the series official website. This tidbit of news was derived from a counter that appeared on the aformentioned website touting the tagline "get ready for a new era of Call of Duty". No further details regarding the game have been released yet but we'll keep you in the loop!

I can just tell this cod will be better than ghosts I mean at this point any cod is better than ghosts. I have faith in sledgehammer games.

I thought mw3 was one of the best.


I personally thought MW3 was the worst of the three MW games. MW > MW2 > MW3

However I still commend Infinity Ward (Even though it wasn't really IW anymore without Vince and Jason) for innovating unlike Treyarch. By this I mean IW would actually add new features to each game and Treyarch would just take those features and try to create a more 'balanced' clone for their game. Treyarch did innovate a bit for BO2, but I wouldn't necessarily classify it as positive innovations like removal good perks IE sleight of hand and making weapon attachments 'perks' too. The pick 10 system wasn't a bad change though.

Anyway Modern Warfare was pretty much perfect, Modern Warfare 2 was a much faster paced game with lots of BS, but it was still pretty damn fun and Modern Warfare 3 was kind of just beating a dead horse, it was also the beginning of the washed out color scheme I think.

That would suck, esports is bad mate. I hope its like WaW and CoD4. They need to focus on that more than Esports.


Yeah CoD can't compete in the competitive scene verse the monsters of PC.
