I'm sorry, simple math will work out what this season will cost us for Falcao. 4m up front for him, not 30m or any other ludicrous number. 256k per week wages.13.312 million per year. Thats under 20m including a years wages, Im also hearing Monaco are paying some of that? |

I agree with you to an extent, but still, that's 17 million to have Falcao for one year. Very hefty price considering it's the one position that you have world class players in already. However, being United with all of the financial benefits (huge revenue, huge sponsorship deals) you can afford to do it. Pretty sure you still made a profit this year too, but I personally feel that you could and should have invested it more wisely (specifically in your defence) |

360MoTioN wrote My brain literally hurts talking to you , You think city , Who have a shit defence ,Restrictions on FFP and no way of creating revenue (Unlike chelsea who have a youth academy full of bright talents will dominant english football but chelsea the club with one of the best managers in the world , The best squad , The best youth prospects etc. Aston villa have won more top division titles ,But they are shit we are not xD.Even liverpool and united was good once haha xD |

CompleteDesigns wrote360MoTioN wroteBrad- wrote360MoTioN wrote Dominant team? maybe so for this season although you're a massive 3 points in front of City and you've spent over a billion pounds to win less premier league titles than we have in the last 10 years. Again sorry for the double post but you realise that even with the 43 injuries thus far we have had this season, a shambles of a defence and an array of new blood being spurred in to the team by LVG, playing some poor poor football, we are only 8 points behind you. 8 points behind the team that were meant to be going unbeaten this season (ludicrous assumption by the way, very hard in modern day football especially in the BPL). I'd say that LVG is quite as genius as Mourinho, just needs to sort his defence. If he sorts his defence, I'm sorry, but Chelsea could quite easily be pushed back to second next season (especially since we have the massive Adidas deal coming through, can afford to spend much more without FFP) |

Ok you say that , But do you ACTUALLY belive it?
LVG is not as good a manager as Jose , Pure and simple. When a big club wants a manager they go for Jose , Thats not a coincidence. Your celebrating being 8PTS behind us?... Also i agree with the unbeatun thing , The only reason i will be happy for the loss vs newcastle is so everyone shuts up about it. You say about the FFP thing but its about how you spend it , Southamption have proved you dont need to be the 3rds richest club or the 3rd richest revune to get good players , We proved that too that we might not have the best apperance numbers , Our tickets may not be the higest price , We may not have a deal the size of man utds , But man united wanted Cesc , We got him , Pretty much everyone wanted costa , We got him , No one really (Outside of portgual) talked about Matic ,We got him and he is one of the best CDMs , Hazard was wanted by city ,Utd etc he came to chelsea. Meanwhile utd got a player Cheslea didnt want , A player Real madrid did not want , A player everton are probbally laughing about , A (According to LVG) unfit player for 30M. Spurs had 100m+ to spend , Got nothing out of it , Liverpool too , You had 100m spent on Falcoa (Loan) Mata , Di maria , We got Cesc fabregas , Costa , Matic for less than that , Which were players we needed. |

CompleteDesigns wrote Ok you say that , But do you ACTUALLY belive it? I've just shown you're overestimating falcaos cost and wage, by around 13 million. If Jose was tactically superior it would've been a different story when you played us. The last time united went for Fabregas it was in 2013, not this season. It's like you don't read peoples posts, you just pick the parts you don't like the look of and retaliate with a "my dads got a" sort of reply. All I'm saying is don't expect to be the n1 club in England next season, I'm sure some others will catch up |

None of us can predict the future with particular accuracy because this is a league where you can thrash title rivals then get thoroughly outplayed by a relegation candidate, far too unstable to work with.
Anyways, Mourinho has a strong XI ready for Derby tonight, should be an entertaining game - especially with Fabregas offered that slightly more advanced role |
