Budget & Currency: 800GBP (Pounds)

Peripherals & Monitor: Monitor, keyboard and mouse. Speakers.

Games: I'd like to play BF3, Arma 2+3, Crysis, future releases etc.

Software: None, I will pirate win7 ultimate

Aesthetics: Possibly a windowed case, not that important

Details: Is it possible to get a build with keyboard and mouse and then a build without keyboard and mouse? If so, that would be great.

Thanks a bunch.

Yeah, we all argued about this build for like an hour. This one was terribly difficult to do.

****PC Build Request Form****

Budget & Currency: 1000 GBP - Can push to 1200 but 1000 is the budget.

Peripherals & Monitor:

Mouse - fingertip grip mouse
Keyboard - 50/50 of gaming and typing
Speakers - Actually not sure, just something which gives good quality sound but I'll be using headphones often so it's not something I want to spend much on.
Monitor - 20" 720p+.

Games: Call of duty, Minecraft, Battlefield... Basically any game that is quite popular.

Software: Firefox, steam, photoshop, sony vegas.

Aesthetics: Just a good looking case, preferably red/black but if it looks good, I'm happy with that

Rebates/Promos: Don't include.

Details: It's mostly for gaming so it needs to run fast and I will also be making videos.

The 400R is way better than the HAF X, I would recommend you get the HAF XM or NZXT Phantom 410 or NZXT Switch 810. The HAF X Is crap.

If you are planning in SLI, I would go with the M77A-GD45 or if you want a black motherboard, Z77 Extreme4 (I would go with the Z77 Extreme4 if I were you)

This Acer 23" Monitor has a gamingish and for a great price: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

The power supply looks good, but 650w would be more than enough for your build. You can go ahead and get the 750w anyways.

What I don't get, is why you have a cheap (non OC capable) motherboard, unlocked processor with 100$ water cooling.

First,

TERRIBLE CABLE MANAGEMENT.
Included fans are a bit loud.
Plastic in some areas feel cheap.
No rubber grommets.
Small CPU cutout

Space?

You don't need that space at all, since you are not doing a custom water cooling loop with 2+ radiators.

Future upgrades?

Graphics card are getting smaller by time, either way all the cases I recommended has 10"+ of space which is more than enough, (Top cage removed 12"+)

I would go with this cases (which are cheaper too) before getting a HAF X.

- HAF XM
- NZXT Phantom 410
- Corsair 600T
- Corsair 650D
- NZXT Switch 810 (amazing features for the money, I would get this if I were you)
- Thermaltake Chaser MK-1
- Corsair 550D
- Thermaltake Level 10 Series Level 10 GTS
- Corsair 500R
- NZXT Phantom
- Fractal Design Define XL
- NZXT Phantom 410
- Corsair Vengeance C70 case
