Alright. This is your third time posting in the past day. What was wrong with previous builds? Also, more importantly, do you plan on ordering immediately? It's pointless to do this even a week in advance.

she shipping was an excess of 150 dollars so it exceeded my budget so i had to lower my budget. thats why i re-posted

A descent 1080p monitor will run you about $150 alone and that's a good chunk of the budget. It's just not realistic. The best, and I mean the best you'd be able to get is a low-end AMD APU which isn't ideal for medium demanding gaming.

This. Save up a few hundred dollars more, it will be worth it.

Aussie prices are insane, I did my best for your needs, this should play BF3 on Ultra with 2x AA or no AA for better FPS, get the FXAA injector to get FPS with no performance hit.

BUDGET - about $650-$700 max
PERIPHERALS & MONITOR - keyboard, around 20 inch monitor (something nice not too expensive) , mouse, speakers, pretty much everything for a new pc

GAMES - BF3 ultra, Red orchestra 2 Ultra, just the new high end games

AESTHETICS - A nice case withh lots of airflow and prefer glossy. not too expensive please but if need be to fit budget, any case will do. a carrying handle would be a definite plus

DETAILS - Well this is probably the wrong place to put this but this is the build i had in mind------------------CASE-COOLER MASTER Elite 430 RC-430-KWN1 Black Steel / Plastic Computer Case

Yeah, scrap this whole build. It's pretty awful, no offense. I'll post when I get your build done and PM you as well!
