So that makes this case the best choice? I've never understood why/how people think like this. It's too big for your build and that alone should make it not worth considering. What Overclocker says is true, it's not a very good case for you at all.

That case is still overkill. You won't have to buy more fans for any case you buy, though.

To be perfectly honest with you, it's too much case and not enough build. I'd get a HAF 912 if you like that design and spend more money on the internals, taking Overclocker's advice. The HAF 912 is more in line with this build.

None at all. In game, there's virtually no difference as games don't use the extra threads offered by Hyperthreading.

So basically the i5 speeds for games will be just as good as i7 but i7 is more for what then? Like graphics?

Tea wrote ****PC Build Request Form****

Budget & Currency: 1000 GBP - Can push to 1200 but 1000 is the budget.

Peripherals & Monitor:

Mouse - fingertip grip mouse
Keyboard - 50/50 of gaming and typing
Speakers - Actually not sure, just something which gives good quality sound but I'll be using headphones often so it's not something I want to spend much on.
Monitor - 20" 720p+.

Games: Call of duty, Minecraft, Battlefield... Basically any game that is quite popular.

Software: Firefox, steam, photoshop, sony vegas.

Aesthetics: Just a good looking case, preferably red/black but if it looks good, I'm happy with that

Rebates/Promos: Don't include.

Details: It's mostly for gaming so it needs to run fast and I will also be making videos.

I went with a mechanical keyboard, decent 2.1 stereo speaker system and the logitech G500 is great for fingertip/palm users.

Went with the GTX 670, which is high end and will last at least 3 or 4 years (to make it "future proof" ). With that graphics card you should be able to play at 60FPS+ (can't see a difference past 60fps on a standard 60hz monitor) any game on ultra settings/maxed out.
