i'd ask her what it is that's wrong.. you don't know until you find out you said yourself she's the one that's not been acting herself so that's the best thing to do in my opinion.

Literally same happened to me, me and my ex broke up last year after dating for nearly a year, 10 days away from a year and she changed, got awkward literally sounds the exact same as my situation but she meant the world to me and now I found someone else that is actually a lot better and treats me better, might be a sign dude
