It was a game settings update, which yes, needed to be dowloaded. Now really sure what it was for tho :

I didn't get it initially but I'm in a gaming room with a few friends and there xboxs came up with the update so i reset the game via the dashboard then the update was ready for me but not sure what its for?

Finally they Got rid of the The Giant Exploit it was so annoying when people just cheat and get on the catwalk glitch!
