v59.4.10.7.0. XB1/PS4 March 23rd

This new update adds Nuk3town map to all core and hardcore playlists rotation. On Monday of this week, Treyarch released Nuk3town as a free map for all players on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. In addition to now being in the regular rotation, there is a dedicated Nuk3town playlist that will be available till 10AM PT on March 28th under the Bonus category.

v52.5.26.7.0 XB1/PS4 March 10th

A new Game Settings Update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is now live on PS4 and Xbox One. The version number is 52.5.26.7.0.

Heres what changed

  • MR6 max fire rate has been nerfed
  • Bug fixes for Ante-Up, Safeguard robot , weapon-pick ups, prone players.

    Zombies

  • Fixes for Margwas aggro, bugs with DG-4, and duplicated Upgraded bows.

Original Story:

A new game settings update for Black Ops 3 has rolled out on PlayStation 4. Version number is 48.4.9.5.0.

This new Game Settings Update has added in a limited time playlist for Awakening DLC maps under the BONUS category. The playlist will not be a permanent addition. The Awakening DLC maps are already in all playlists in Public Matchmaking.

Patch Notes: PS3 February 1st

Beenox and Mercenary Technology have released a new patch update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on the PlayStation 3 platform.

Patch Notes:

    MULTIPLAYER

    Stability

  • Fixed crash when having the Ballistics CPU equipped during activation of the H.A.T.R. by the opposing team.
  • Fixed crash when several players are kicked for inactivity within a precise timeframe.
  • Addressed multiple issues regarding unsuccessful game invites, leading to error messages, dead lobbies or various unresponsive states.
  • Fixed instances of the game crashing for some clients after several Scorestreaks get triggered at the same time.

    General

  • Players are no longer able to unlock the Diamond Camo for the knife without meeting its requirement.
  • Accented characters are now displayed properly within the in-game store.
  • Double XP events bonuses are no longer applied to Custom matches.
  • The achievement Seen Some Things will now unlock correctly.
  • Multiple players kicked for inactivity will no longer end up together in the same lobby afterwards.
  • Players will not be able to retain possession of the Uplink Drone and carry a moveable Scorestreak at the same time.

  • Addressed several locations where different Scorestreaks would end up getting stuck.
  • Fixed multiple spots where bot navigation was suboptimal.

    ZOMBIES

  • Addressed collision exploits in Shadows of Evil where the player could avoid contact with zombies.
  • Addressed various areas where zombies would not path to players.
  • Applying a camo to a specific weapon will no longer affect other equipment. This fix will require players to reselect their attachments and camos once in order for them to be properly saved.
  • Fixed timing-specific controller disconnection issues that resulted in the scoreboard remaining on-screen until the end of the match.
  • The host will no longer crash if a client starts the first ritual while another is bleeding out.
  • Players will no longer crash while accepting a game invite in the opening cinematic.
  • Fixed scenarios where The Quick Revive machine would disappear after the Civil Protector revives the user.
  • The Ephemeral Enhancement will no longer interfere with cost of the Re-Pack game mechanic.
    Fixed instances of statistics not tracking properly in the Combat Record interface.



Patch Notes: PS4 February 1st

A new patch for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is now live on PlayStation 4. The patch is around a 9.1GB download file.

This patch includes support for the Awakening DLC content for PS4, bug fixes, new feature updates, and more.

Awakening DLC 1 Map Pack Support

Gauntlet

  • Delivering three unique environments within one action-packed map, Gauntlet showcases Treyarchs classic three-lane map structure, transporting Players into battle through a sprawling jungle, sub-zero artic zone and rainy urban cityscape.


Splash

  • Dive into battle in this abandoned water park, featuring a vibrant and colorful environment, including waterslides, a wrecked pirate ship and a lazy river. Splash encourages an open flow of combat with opportunities for underwater gameplay.


Rise

[*]A versatile multiplayer map, Rise is set in the snowy outskirts of Zurich in the middle of an ongoing construction site for a massive subterranean Coalescence research campus. With multiple engagement areas throughout this larger map, each section caters to different styles of gameplay.

Skyjacked

  • High above urban Zurich, Skyjacked is a modernized version of the popular Call of Duty: Black Ops II multiplayer map Hijacked. Utilizing the new core movement system featured in Black Ops III, this map gives Players new ways to explore the environment, while still retaining the same fast and frenetic gameplay Players love.



Der Eisendrache

  • Awakening also introduces the first chapter of Call of Duty: Black Ops IIIs Zombies DLC adventure with Der Eisendrache. Set in a chilling medieval Austrian castle during World War II, Players will embark on an epic journey with the Origin characters Richtofen, Nikolai, Takeo and Dempsey. The ancient site on which the castle sits was the scene of unspeakable horror where massive deposits of Element 115 have recently been discovered. Players will discover a variety of exciting plot twists and surprises as they survive waves of the undead.


MULTIPLAYER

General

  • Addressed an issue allowing Players to infinitely vote for the previous map.
  • FreeRun, Nightmares & Dead Ops Arcade 2 are now accessible from the Bonus Menu on the Main Screen.
  • Balance pass to improve XP earn rate consistency across game modes.
  • Resolved issue where Specialists showcase weapons showed both base attachment models and Player selected attachment models.
  • Resolved issue where Players were unable to freely scroll through taunts in the Taunts menu if a new taunt was recently acquired.
  • Added missing rotation prompt icon in Gunsmith Custom Variant and Gunsmith Snapshot.
  • Addressed issue where Leaderboards were not properly being reset after a Player used a Prestige Token.

  • Fixed an issue where attempting to view a merged clip in a Highlight Reel would kick the Player back to the Theater menu.

  • Players can now view other Players Combat Record by selecting the player and choosing View Combat Record from the Player Details menu.

    • Addressed issue where Emblem Editor UI would remain behind the Arena Pro Series pre-game sequence if the Player was editing a layer during lobby transition.
    • Arena default Custom Classes no longer contain restricted items.
    • Removed the Map Voting stage from Arena.

      Game Modes

      Free-for-All
    • A loss will no longer be recorded when joining a Free-For-All game in progress.
      Hardpoint
    • Addressed issue where Hardpoint boundary wouldnt appear if a friendly Player controlled the point.
      Safeguard
    • Adjusted win timing in Safeguard.
      Search and Destroy
    • Addressed an issue where inactive Players were not being removed from games in S&D.

    Uplink
  • Updated regulation time limit conditions so that if the score limit is reached in regulation Round 1, it also sets the time for regulation Round 2.
  • Changed Overtime rules: Game ends if team that set the time to beat in Overtime Round 1 scores any points in Overtime Round 2 before the opposing team.
  • Players are no longer able to catch the Satellite Drone immediately after a score; the Satellite Drone resets as soon as the score occurs.
  • Fixed issue where Players were able to simultaneously pick up the Uplink Satellite Drone and a turret.
  • Reduced score bonus for kills while carrying Satellite Drone.
    Capture The Flag
  • Reduced score bonus for kills while carrying the flag.
    Custom Games

  • Fixed issue where the CTF Custom Game Settings win rules were flipped in the UI.

  • Official variants have been added to Custom Game modes for Hardcore and CWL rules (Call of Duty World League).

    CODcaster

  • Enabled CodCaster for bots only matches.
  • Fixed bug where the CodCaster could begin a match before all Players joined.

  • Addressed several UI issues related to CODCasting Hardpoint matches.

    Challenges and Medals

  • Fixed issue where unlocking the Cannibal head for Nomad from a Supply Drop displayed the wrong item.
  • Fixed issue where images would not appear for some challenges in the After Action Report.
  • Fixed issue for Collateral medal in Hardcore where it was occasionally incorrectly awarded for rapid sequential kills.
  • Fixed bug where the Clutch medal was improperly being awarded if you killed the last Player on an enemy team.
  • Addressed issue whereby grenade kills were not counting towards the Gung Ho Perk 3 challenge.
  • Addressed issue where kills from a Hardened Sentry gun received in a Care Package were counting towards the Heavy Cover challenge.

    Dead Ops Arcade 2

  • Dead Ops Arcade 2 is now accessible from the Main Menu (BONUS).
  • Dedicated Dead Ops Arcade 2 lobby added w/public match support.
  • New Leaderboards for solo/2-Player/3-Player/4-Player.
  • 4-Player Local support.
  • Player guardians (Robots and Skeletons) are no longer collidable.
  • Non-player entities should no longer trigger round exits.
  • Fixed bug where upon death, Player would respawn with 1, 2 or 4 boosts. (2/4 depending on FATE)
  • New Pickup added: Golden Egg, a rare post round 60-item spawn. The Golden Egg hatches into Extra Life pickup.
  • Fate of Firepower upgrade: If granted this ability, all weapon pickups will start at Level 2(red);

    This update includes: a Quick Join feature in menus to let you join your friends that are also online, see items that you have recently acquired from the Black Market, burn duplicate items from the Black Market for more Cryptokeys, save custom game settings, updates to Arena, and added three brand new secondary special weapons, which can be unlocked via earning in the Black Market: the wrench, the butterfly knife, and the brass knuckles.

    Introducing COD Points

    • Introduction of COD Points currency. COD Points (CP) are now available for purchase through the in-game Store. COD Points are an in-game currency that can be used to obtain Rare Supply Drops in the Multiplayer Black Market and Liquid Divinium for use in Dr. Montys Factory in Zombies. As a bonus to get started, all players will be awarded 200 COD Points, which can be used right away!


    Extra Slots Pack Now Available

    • Extra Slots Pack increases the number of customizable Create-A-Class slots to 10 sets of slots, and significantly expands media storage and showcase storage by more than 3 times the number of slots for Emblems, Paintjobs, Gunsmith Variants, Screenshots, Films, and Custom Games.
      Players can now purchase the Extra Slots Pack using COD Points. In Create-A-Class, simply cycle through the new Class Sets menu to gain access to the option to purchase.


    C.O.D.E. Warriors Personalization Pack

    • The C.O.D.E. Warriors Personalization Pack includes 3 reticles, Calling Card and custom weapon camo. All profits from the Personalization Pack sales will go towards the Call of Duty Endowments support for organizations that prepare veterans to reenter the job market. Offer only available in select regions.


    Multiplayer

    Black Market

    Recently Acquired

    • Players are now able to review the last 25 unique items received through the Black Market.
    • Items are tagged with a timestamp and duplicate items are noted.


    Burn Duplicates

    • Players are able to burn all duplicate Black Market Contraband in exchange for Cryptokeys. More Cryptokeys are rewarded for exchanging duplicates of higher rarities.


    Trade Again

    • Players are now able to exchange COD Points or Cryptokeys directly from the Supply Drop results screen without having to go back to the Black Market dealer. Simply highlight and select the option to the left of the item rewards under the Trade Again label.


    Black Market in Game Lobbies

    • Players are now able to access the Black Market from Multiplayer game lobbies, allowing players to exchange COD Points or Cryptokeys for Supply Drops before and after matches.
    • If Players are in the process of opening a Supply Drop as a match begins, the menu screen will close but content is still awarded. Players can view items earned through Supply Drops from the Recently Acquired menu option in the Black Market.


    Rare Supply Drop Tuning


    • As always, Rare Supply Drops guarantee at least one Rare or better item.
    • Opening a Rare Supply Drop now has slightly better odds of receiving Legendary and Epic items than the equivalent of opening three Common Supply Drops.
    • Guaranteed to receive a bonus reward with each Rare Supply Drop.
    • Rare Supply Drops now guarantee at least one item related to Specialists or Weapons including the following:

  • Kill Feed colors will no longer swap when a CODcaster switches between players on opposing teams.

  • Be sure to check out Dr. Montys Factory in the Zombies game mode lobby. You can use your vials of Liquid Divinium earned in Zombies mode to create GobbleGums by placing vials in the vats. GobbleGums are one-time use perks for Zombies mode and come in multiple rarities which have varying effects on your Zombies match. Use one vial to create one GobbleGum or experiment with two or three vials at a time for more GobbleGums and better odds at getting a Rare Mega GobbleGum, an Ultra-Rare Mega GobbleGum or a Special Sphere!

  • Addressed an issue with Weapon Kits when reaching Prestige in Zombies.

    Shadows of Evil

    • Damage rate reduced. Now takes longer to be killed by Thermite.


    Arena

    • Players now prevented from joining a post-match lobby.

    • Addressed issues with Hard Counter, Actionable Intel, Ante Up, Fast Earner, Bypassed Security, Hard Counter, Destroyer, Defender, Assault, Steady Aim, and Focused Challenges. These should now unlock and track progress correctly.


    Medals

    • Medals will all display in their respective sorted category in the Medals section of the Barracks.
    • Fixed issues for the Tag and Bag, Surprise Attack, GI Unit Kill, and Silent Killer
    • Medals not populating in the Barrs.
    • Fixed issues with the Youre Done and Shut Down medals. These will now be awarded correy.
    • The extraneous Secure Point Medal displayed in the Medals section has been removed.


    MAPS

    Exodus

    • Fixed an exploit where Players were able to mantle into an unintended area of one of the buildings.


    Fringe

    • Fixed an issue where Players were able to mantle into an unplayable space in Fringe.


    Nuk3town

    • Addressed an exploit spot involving a wall of one of the buildings.
    • Improved Cerebus Scorestreaks pathing on the 2nd floor of the houses.
    • Addressed an issue where Players were able to stand outside of the map boundaries.
      Players are no longer able to shoot through a wall on the 2nd floor of one of the buildings.
    • Fixed an exploit where users were able to stand on a ledge under one of the 2nd floor windows.
    • Players can no longer wedge themselves in between a tower and one of the high walls.
    • Fixed an issue with dead player models outside the white fenced area.
    • The Safeguard robot will no longer get stuck outside the North Garage, when attempting to path toward the North Goal.
    • Fixed 2 exploits where the player could see into the spawns, as well as shoot players through glass.
    • Fixed an issue with max number of bots during Free-For-All or Team Deathmatch.


    ZOMBIES

  • Addressed exploits in the Shadows of Evil and The Giant maps.
  • Fixed a matchmaking issue where players were able to enter lobbies when they were already full.
  • Addressed various areas where zombies would not path to players.
  • Players will now be rewarded with a Dark Ops calling card when they Prestige.

    CAMPAIGN

  • Player can now equip custom Paintjobs in the Armory in the Campaign Safehouses.
  • Players can now use the Weapon Builder to access Gunsmith and Paintshop in the

Chances of you guys getting one anytime soon is low in my opinion. The game wasn't even suppose to come out for you guys but they made it happen. I'm sure you guys will get one though as it's a new game and they need to fix bugs. You guys just won't have as many as we Xbox One users get.
