Sang wrote I've also read that it helps if you have a dream book or something like that. You should keep track of dreams you have and read it every night before you sleep.

Another one is start doing something a few times a day, like check the time or something like that. It helps you realize you're dreaming, allowing you to slip into a Lucid Dreaming state.

Hopefully that helps you out somewhat, I'm no expert, but it's stuff I've read about. But I'm also interested in trying this.
Yeah, I only started looking at it today, sounds worth the risk of sleep paralysis even though I have never had it. For the fact to know its a dream or not the video I watched just says to count 10 on your fingers then 10 back.

That would work, I might actually do that. I just need to find an activity I can do randomly through my day.

I think its pretty cool once you've mastered it because there are many methods you can use in order to take control of your dreams but i guess it needs a lot of practice, it happened to me a few times where in the dream i realize that i'm actually dreaming but a few minutes later i end up waking up.

It's more than just doing that. You have full control over your dream, you can fly and all that fun stuff. If you wanted you could relive an experience with a loved one or really whatever you can think of. That's what I find fascinating about it.

But yes, you could drive a lambo

idk though if you do it too much wouldn't you get to a point where it would be difficult to tell dreams from reality?
