Doe's anyone do Lucid Dreaming? If so how do you guys make it happen? I know it comes to some people natural but I want to know how to do it. Sounds cool.

I watched a youtube video and it says to sleep and have an alarm for 4-5 hours ahead, as soon as I wake up turn off alarm and lay there still with my eyes closed and focus on like right in the middle of my eyes are.

I've also read that it helps if you have a dream book or something like that. You should keep track of dreams you have and read it every night before you sleep.

Another one is start doing something a few times a day, like check the time or something like that. It helps you realize you're dreaming, allowing you to slip into a Lucid Dreaming state.

Hopefully that helps you out somewhat, I'm no expert, but it's stuff I've read about. But I'm also interested in trying this.

From what I'v read, sleep paralysis is possible whether you lucid dream or not.

I've heard of it before never personally had it though i don't know if i would want it.

I've always wanted to try, the ability to take control of your dreams is pretty awesome to me.

I heard you have to lay still with your eyes closed for 30 minutes without moving.

I've read a lot of different tactics to making it work. I guess it's just trial and error until you find something that works for you.
