This really annoying to see yes its helping the community but there doing it just to get the badge When i was going for gold gifter i starting doing gifting last summer witch i did like 2 and the rest during the Xmas holidays since I wanted some non gold members have gold if they had a good reason,Basically Making a topic and saying 'Post for gold is just post for it' its just stupid

Gold is really easy to get nowadays whereas a while back you would never see these topics. I don't mind if I'm gold or not now. But you know when someone wants the badge they stop at 25 gifts. I don't get why you would spend money basically for a badge. Go for MVC or something.

If there just doing it just for the badge so what it's up to them there spending money to get something in return in this case it's a badge

I don't like people doing that either, they get to 25 gifts then stop. But then if you say that it's wrong people just say "But they are giving people gold so stfu" or "It's their money!" So you can't really win.
Just let them waste their money. If they just want the badge let them spend 5$ on people who will just get banned the next week or not be active etc.

It's essentially just a competition for non gold members in that respect.
I understand your frustration, thinking that gold should only go to those deserving of a gift, but you need to understand that the more people have the chance to try gold the more inclined they are to buy it themselves or stick around and try harder to earn it in the future.
The badge can just be something which someone wants, but it's their money and they are free to do with it what they wish, in no way does it hinder you.

What is so bad about getting a second badge?
You have got it you dont see people moaning at you do you.
Just let them do what they want with there mone, plus if you ran out of gold and you didnt have the money to buy it you would thank the people that were gifting if they gifted you!

I think if they want the badge and have the money to do it then just let them do what they want. They're not harming anyone.
