Again, depends on budget. Crucial MX100, MX200, BX100 are alright. Samsung 850-EVO and 850-Pro's are good. It's not worth paying like $90 or whatever for a 128GB 850-Pro when you can get a 250GB BX100 for $95 though. Kingston Fury's are alright, V300's are okay for tight budgets but Kingston done a shady ass bait and switch on them a while back so I tend to stay clear of them. The majority of Corsair's SSD's are meh, worth it if they're on sale but not worth more than the Crucial SSD's. Sandisk SSDs are also alright for tighter budgets.

Ok so my shtty pegatron hp board doesn't support my 960. I need a new Micro-ATX LGA 1155/Socket H2 motherboard, can someone please recommend me a new motherboard? As long as it's better than my pegatron board. Doesn't need overclocking features. Just the same features or relevant to my current one (PEGATRON CORPORATION 2AC2). On a tight budget.

wont boot past the HP splash screen, and all it does it freeze and you can't do anything. updated my bios, resetted my CMOs, and did everything possible. And after googling the problem, it is a very common problem with this HP board and doesn't support any high end graphics cards. It's a very old board and its EOL

also the board has a pci-e 2.0 slot and the graphics card is a 3.0. I realized that it's only gonna support up to a 580.

It dosnt matter if its only a 1.0, It does not effect the card, the fact its loading the splash screen is a good sign.

What power supply do you have?

Sanctyy & BlackMyst,
You got any ideas of what's going on here? Anything you would do?

It should support the GPU, but it is an odd motherboard. It might be worth just grabbing a cheap motherboard if your current mobo is the issue. The PSU isn't great but I can't imagine that's the issue in this case.
