GTA V PC doesn't take a good GPU to run believe it or not.

The 285 is the better card. There were a lot of people complaining about coil whine on the 280 and 280x's, and it's pretty common on those cards, but I haven't seen nearly as many complaints about the 285 for coil whine. Regardless, coil whine isn't an actual 'issue' anyway. The GTX 960 is more efficient than the 285 but as long as you have a decent 430W PSU, it doesn't really matter.

Any POS card can run it
just it takes a decent card to be able to run it smoothly and not on minimum.

Not really. I only bought this card for GTA and nothing else. I dont play games often on PC I just want a card that's better than my factory shtty one

Well you overpaid for the card, the 285 is a better cheaper card. Its not the end of the world, the 960 does not perform that much worse but you are $40 down which you could have used to actually buy gta v.

Not saying he's wrong but taking someone's word who pretty much got bribed is dumb.

You could of gotten a 290 a fricken 290.
