How old are you lol? Soon as you find the motivation to do it, you'll start to love it and won't need that motivation as you'll spare yourself on to keep pushing yourself!

20. Maybe soon i will start going.

I'm only 20 now.. Its a perfect time to start!

Get some dumbbells if you can't find room for one of them.. Can cover almost if not every muscle with them.

Look around online and you'll get some cheap deals, can even get a small bench to go with!

Back in my prime, I use to weigh 83kg.

Had an open fracture injury, so I couldn't do any weight training or sport for 2 years. Most of my muscle deteriorated, and I weighed 60kg at one point.

Luckily, my injury has cleared up, I'm allowed to go back to the gym, I'm also allowed to participate in non-contact sports. I currently weigh 74kg.

Glad to hear your back training... I had an injury and stopped my from playing football for a couple of months, haven't been the same.

Just keep going and you'll be back up to 83kg before you know it!

Hope you aren't paying too much for personal trainers lol, some tend to charge alot..

Feel free to ask anything if needed!

Glad to hear you saw results. Nothing better than physically seeing improvements yourself.

Keeping going and the results will only get better.

Feel free to message me if you ever need anything!

Just a question for you....
