Bros wrote I need to start going, but dont really have the motivation for it, i do free weights at home and go running like once a week, want to join the army soon but just need to push for it man!

Keep sticking to it, especially if you're going to join the army. You'll need to be fit for that lol..

Even if its like you said, weights at home and a run a week. It's better than nothing.

Just try up it each week/fortnight or something so you'll improve your fitness

I have a home gym that i use. I have a few machines and free weights so I can still do my bench press, squats, deadlifts etc. I'm actually moving in 3 months and going to a sport college which has a crazy good gym which I'm really excited to get a membership at. Could do with a little lifting help and advice though...

I go to the gym, primarily for resistance training however I do cardio (interval training) once or twice a week.

How old are you lol? Soon as you find the motivation to do it, you'll start to love it and won't need that motivation as you'll spare yourself on to keep pushing yourself!

20. Maybe soon i will start going.
