I don't think a 3 year old did this. I mean using the ruler and colouring without going over the lines. C'mon.

Wait,

Your profile says 1996 (You would be 18-19)
Yet you say you're 17?

Something isn't right here

Why must everyone over-analyse this? Why can't people just accept his daughter drew it.

I'm trying to figure out why a kid would lie about having a kid, who is 3, who draws outstandingly for such a young age.

We are accepting it we just don't understand why he lied

Anyway OP it's a very good drawing, you should be proud of her for drawing that skilfully at such a young age. She has some talent

Birthday: 11-20-1996 (18)

His child is 4 years old in April meaning born somewhere between 1-04-2011 - 30-04-2011 meaning he was 14 when his child was born, therefore conceived around his 13th birthday / later(ish), the way his birthday is around identifies to me that he is in the US (US = Month / Day / Year) meaning he was 13 in the USA with someone else. (chances of conceiving aged 13 is extremely minimal) - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
about 20 mothers under the age of 12 have ever been known to give birth. Chances are this guy is lying... don't know why, seems pointless but hey.
