I can't stand it when parents force their kids to follow their religion. I think people should have a choice. My whole family is christian and I'm agnostic, which doesn't make my family very happy I suppose, but I don't get shunned for it. I've seen kids that are scared to change religion though. What are you guys' thoughts on this?

I understand your point but that's just there way of life. The child may have different beliefs but there isn't much they can do about it if there whole family is bringing them up that way.

I do agree that children should have more say in there beliefs and actually get to choose there religion from an early age.

Yeah I get that it will never be changed, but still. I think it's ridiculous for kids to feel like they can't express their own opinion.

Well I guess people would label me an atheist. My parents would def throw me out if I came out as a non believer. Pretty sick imo, but thats just how their closed minds work and see things. I think the same can be said about non believers though, people often ask me in debate would I raise my kids atheist, and the answer is no. Ill let them discover for themselves, if I force it it really is no different than what my parents do.

When growing up with it, you don't see what others see. It's a hard concept to rap your head around but it's the way it is.

Honestly, I think you haven't had a close encounter with Death and have never been giving lemons so sour that the only way to change the circumstances were to rely on a prayer.

Im laughing so hard. You are implying that you must have a near death decision to have to have an insight into your religion? this is a joke. You cannot just say that if you have a near death decision you will believe in your religion. That wasn't even the question so please don't try and press your religion on anyone.

Let me tell you why that's ignorant (I'm no westboro incarnation so don't assume shit.) If you don't believe in God or any derivative of god or divine entity then you don't preach something that cannot be preached because your answer (As the atheist) is neither true or false so your spewing ignorance about and would keep it to themself than look for attention on a gaming forum vice versa for the Christian aswell.

Well that's because you are not me, and I am not you and neither of us know one another on that note nor share the same experience or walks of life. That's a story for another time and in another place aside from TTG. What I was saying is that all of you must have such a miserable predictable life because mama and dada said I should believe in a higher power and I dont wanna.

That's why I'm dying laughing. "U Mad Bro?"
