I've never had this my mum believes in god and has never tried to force me into any kind of religion or make me believe in him and now I'm older I don't fully believe in a god but I do think there is a very extremely small chance that there is one haha

Agreed, I've heard of parents sending their kids to constant church camps, therapy, and more when they come out as Atheist/other religion.

My parents don't know that I don't really care about our religion. I'm not an atheist or anything, but I'm just nonreligious. I do agree about forcing your children to religious events. It just wastes their time, if they don't want to go. Also, I found myself during my early teens years to not care about religion after going to events and such. However, I do believe that religion can pass down good values. Its just my opinion.

It's the same if a parent tried to force their beliefs of UFO's on to their childeren.

They're forcing something onto them which they don't know is real, there's as much evidence of UFO's, aliens etc.. than the gods of these religions.
