So, I'm usually not one to comment on many posts but there's parts to this I can believe and parts I can't. I do find it believable that your dad passed and left you the car. I completely understand that because me and my father have a relationship like that. If your father did pass, I'm very sorry to hear about that.

Now, what your telling us about running a 9.5 sounds like BS. Maybe your dad told you that but I highly doubt it.

The other thing is, you said your mom gave you his car funds. Was this some sort of envelope with a whole bunch of cash that he wanted you to have or something? Cause this is where I'm on the fence about you having this car. I honestly can't see a parent giving there son tens of thousands of dollars because "it was for his car and I gave him the car". This is a little sketchy.

The thing that really tells me though that this car isnt yours now is when you said that you had the option to buy the Cadillac and a few other cars instead. If this was passed down to you, how did you have an option of cars to choose from? Did your dad give you the money originally and said "go choose the car you want me to have"?

I didn't have much of a problem believing this car was yours until your story started constantly changing. I'm all ears though if you can clarify and provide some more pictures.
