Im not new to TTG but i still don't understand, The stars next to my name in posts, how do i get them? how can i get rep? Just some questions

The stars next to your name represent your post rank. You can find all of the ranks on this page: Forums/ranks.html
You get 1 rep power either by making 25 posts or receiving 100 rep points from other members. For example I have 447 rep power.
If you go to your account page and scroll down to your friends list you should see a tab titled "Reputation" just click that and you will see how many more posts and/or rep points you need to gain another rep power.
