1) Legit copy of Windows adds an extra $100 to the cost, so really it's about $500. I'm not pirating a copy of Windows, nor should I have to, plus the link doesn't work anyways.
2) Peripherals have to be added into the cost, which is an extra $10-20. It's more like if the PS4 didn't come with a controller to play on and you had to pay extra just to receive one. How am I going to even use a PC without a mouse and keyboard?
3) Games aren't that expensive on consoles, there's a simple thing called buying/selling used games, which you can't do with PC (Steam/Origin is much more popular on PC)
4)It's not as if my claims are outrageously unreasonable, I simply want a PC (with everything that I need to actually use it, which is what a console already comes with) that is more powerful than a console for the price.

Look, PC's are great, but there's a reason why people buy consoles; ease of use and price. I can buy a console for simply $400, hook it up to my TV, and everything's ready to go. With a PC, I have to spend a larger amount to get that usability factor, as there's still the copy of Windows (and mouse+keyboard) which factors into the price. Plus, I can game on a console for years and it's still able to run the latest games. Even today, the 360 can still run GTA V (low graphics, sure, but it can still run it), but a gaming PC for $500 eight years ago can't. More people tend to have consoles as well.

As it seems like this whole thread is full of people like you who worship and praise the power of a PC, I see this argument getting nowhere as I will not change my mind, and you will not change yours.

$401 PC which has a legitimate copy of Win7 included in the price. A cheap keyboard and mouse set can easily be picked up for $5-$15. The vast majority of people already have a monitor/TV somewhere in their house. Although, you shouldn't be demanding a monitor/TV be included in the price. An XB1/PS4 won't come with a TV for you to play on. Also, an XB1 is going to set you back around $500 with Kinect so with an extra $100, you could easily upgrade a few of your PC components, or purchase an extra monitor. There's also the fact that consoles have nowhere near as much storage as PC's do.

Without purchasing a legitimate copy of Win7, you would have extra cash to spend on a better GPU, like so;

Which in all honesty, no one I know has ever bought a legitimate copy of their OS. PC's can also be upgraded when needed which is less expensive(most of the time) than purchasing a new console. I've found games are cheaper(or free). The fact that it is so easy to mod games on PC is also a positive. I don't completely disagree with you however. I own consoles as well as my PC because a lot of my IRL friends game on consoles. I play my PS3/PS4 if I feel like having a laugh with friends.

I Have both PC and a console but use them for both different things,
On console I have a a laugh playing some forza and cod messing around,
On pc I play RP Servers on arma 2 and stuff,
In my opinion most of the stuff you said is true.
But all in all I just have more fun on console as a whole.
