lolohnoeszsz wrote typical Europe they have no respect of other countries but their own.

I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be allies with countries like UK and France if Europe didn't like other countries.

Not only that, but United Kingdom is our closest ally, even more so than Canada (most people think Canada is our #1 ally because of how close we are, truth is there are plenty of other countries that we've been allies with longer than Canada)

These guys pretty much summed up what i was thinking.
Sanctorum wrote Firstly, bashing America on the 4th of July is kind of uncalled for. However, bashing a country that you've never been to or had experiences in is uncalled for anyway. America weren't in WW1 so I don't know why you included that in OP? Also, WW2, America were fighting the Japanese while the British fought the Germans(again). If we're talking about armies, the UK has the most specially trained forces but America has the most soldiers and weaponry.

"if they wanted to, they'd destroy every country whoever crosses them." lol ok.

If you over the pond want to celebrate a day, go do that.

I think people these days take things that are said/wrote on the internet WAY to seriously.
(Yes that is aimed at you)

I think you're generalizing a country just by what a few users on the internet say -
that is very ignorant and just wont get you far in life.

If I were you, I'd spend less time ranting about silly situations and have more fun.
(I'm not sure if you have fun as you're just a name on a screen, but judging by this post it says otherwise)

Have a nice day.

American claiming they helped the world and the world owes them one, is the reason they get hate.

90% of US patriots I speak to are great and I applaud their allegiance to their country.
But there are the 10% out there that make me feel sorry for you as they destroy everything you help build with other countries.

This is why everyone hates Americans sometimes. American's can't destroy every country, and even if they could, so what? Good job, you proved you're better by destroying a country and killing millions of people. Are you happy now?

I think some people don't respect America is because they think they're superior to everyone else, and to be fair a lot of people in the USA don't have respect for any other countries.

After all America has done for almost EVERY country in the world they still get BASHED for what? Take America out of WW I and II and look where the world will be!

I have the up most respect almost every country and even though America may be going through economic troubles, it's still a world power and if they wanted to, they'd destroy every country whoever crosses them. If you look through the government and the hate, you'll fine Americans. Not the ones who live there but still bash the country but the TRUE Americans. Patriots!

This rant is basically over because I'm so pissed I can't even have a proper closure except this:

Every Patriot put you're right hand over your heart and with a loud, clear voice repeat after me,
"We the People!"

Typical American. You bring up the wars as your first point in any argument. That is why no one likes America. I can't stand arguing with someone and they say " OMG BUT WARS " that's the most uneducated retort someone can have to any argument. This post means nothing and I just laugh at it simple because you bought them up as your first point.
Yes. I did bring up World War I and II. Why? Because look what role America played! Look at the facts! To me, it seems as if you don't want to accept that history is history. And if you want to be a smartass, uneducated? UNEDUCATED!? Tell me this, where would the world be right now if America never existed?

Why on Earth are people boasting about living in developed countries? Claiming they're in 'The best country in the world' while people are starving to death and being blown to pieces in the 'not best countries in the world.' Congratulations, you were born with a roof over your head, running water and a fridge full of food, good for you, you're a real patriot because you love screaming and hollering about how free you are and how oppressed everyone else is. Well done! You've won life!

Do the human race a favour and spare a moment to think about the losers. I'm pretty sure your country can endure some hate if it's so powerful and mighty. There's a line between being proud of where you're from and thinking the world owes you something because of it.
I think America can carry on without being complimented every minute on how thankful the rest of the world is for them spending more money on their military than feeding the poor.

Honestly I could care less if people are hating on other countries and what not, its our country that we should be worried about and they need to worry about their own.

It should just be left at that...

Worry about your own country.

To be honest, if Mr Columbus had gone a different route to Asia we would be a bit better off.

It would be nice for an American to acknowledge that it aint all about the 238 year old country (522 years old if we go from Columbus landing).

The world was around and managed just fine before.

Not saying America has not had a positive input on the world, that would be sheer ignorance on my part.

(The world war arguement is very weak. WW1 you decided fight only when Britain told you of the plans between Germany and Mexico. WW2 you only joined when something was done against you over 2 years after it started.)

Since when was America not in World War I?

You guys still don't understand what I'm trying to say.

1. By destroying, I don't mean killing people.
2. Look at the people they support! They support more countries than they do their own.
3. Claiming? Look up every country involved in D-Day.
4.What ended World War II?

I'm NOT saying America is the hand holder of the world but I'm saying this, they are a powerful country. They help if they can and it would be a smart choice not to "pick" on them. I may get hate but look at them! Sadly, they can most likely take over most countries if they wanted to. They aren't asking for people's help. They aren't.

No America isn't the best country.
No it isn't the best place to live.

I'm JUST saying, America gets so much hate for being patriotic and look from a world history timeline(NOT POLITICAL), look at what they do for other countries.

For my wrestling fans, America=John Cena. Why? They get heat even though they've done a lot for what they do. They have fans and haters. You don't have to love them, but you have to respect them. Ever heard of the Special Olympics? Apollo 11? Automobiles?

Fine. Everyone bash the **** country. Who cares right? America is just one big joke. A blur in history. No alliance to anyone.

I'm not from there but they are one hell of a country. American citizens, know your rights. Use them. Screw the ones who belittle your love for your country. The Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence is alive and well.

By the way Polygon, I don't take things to seriously but when someone offends something you care so much about, you take action. It isn't the best country, but I'd rather defend than to do nothing at all.
