America gives $37,680,000,000 to countries abroad yet they still have the nerve to say WE are the ones acting like we are owed something? How about a little respect? You only focus on the bad ignoring the tons of humanitarian work we do around the world. We help countries whenever disaster strikes, but we don't ask for help when it happens here. People hate America for stupid things, like having military bases on "holy land" or for killing innocent civilians when the RAF killed 600,000 in WWII just in Germany. Before calling out other countries take a look at your country. Protip: The Worlds problems aren't all caused by America

Killings in the World Wars are different, Germany were aiming to invade Britain, we had to stop them and that was by very badly damaging many of their cities and infrastructure and in doing this many civilians were killed, we weren't just going to say 'oh there are innocent people down there so we won't launch an attack on Germany, we will just let bomb Britain and then let them invade us'.. It was done to protect us, it was necessary action unlike many of these US strikes in present day which continue to kill innocent civilians.

Not being funny but America get involved with pretty much anything, just because they have money they believe to jump into other countries problems, like Vietnam,South Korea.

It's about containment when dealing with Vietnam or Korea. The Vietnam war was an attempt to end communism and the Korean war was sending aid to the South Korean army(hence why North Korea hate the US more than anything).

It couldn't of been to end communism, because what America are going to take down Russia&China? I don't think thats likely.

China and Russia aren't completely communist. If so, America wouldn't fool with them. China is almost a second United States just some citizens have fewer rights.

Motioncorey wrote This has been bothering me all day and I'm fed up with the BS I've been hearing.

It seems as if NOT ONE country has respect for America. I haven't lived in the states since 2006 and every 4th of July, some kid has to belittle American and its citizens.

After all America has done for almost EVERY country in the world they still get BASHED for what? Take America out of WW I and II and look where the world will be!

I have the up most respect almost every country and even though America may be going through economic troubles, it's still a world power and if they wanted to, they'd destroy every country whoever crosses them. It may not be by nuclear or biochemical warfare but they can shut almost anyone down with ease. I hate to say it but it's true!

If you look through the government and the hate, you'll fine Americans. Not the ones who live there but still bash the country but the TRUE Americans. Patriots!

This rant is basically over because I'm so pissed I can't even have a proper closure except this:

Every Patriot put you're right hand over your heart and with a loud, clear voice repeat after me,
"We the People!"

1. Taking America out of WW1 and WW2 is like taking out any other country.

2. America has done some bad things? The middle east, hundreds of civilians have been killed in Drone Attacks.

3. Most 'Patriots' are blind that they think whatever America does is Justified!

4. It's good how you said 'Almost anyone' because America can't withstand Russia and China.

This is not a generalization of English people, but due to the fact that the people commenting (at least the last guy) was English, but I'd just like to say that one day if your nation is attacked, the USA is here for you. That is why I never understand when people with close alliances to the USA like Mexico, Canada, and the UK talk bad about the USA; but to each his own, I guess.

I'm an American, and I agree with at least two of the things the guy above you said (if that is the "last guy" that you were referring to.) Number one and four are iffy, but those middle two are some real words. I don't see it as talking bad. It is just calling people out on what they do. Just because America is this great force and the place I call home doesn't make it immune to criticism. If a nation does wrong, call them out on it. As far as the citizens trash talking each other - well, that is apparently just a normal thing to do (especially if you intend on never going to that country.) All in all, corruption is possible in the highest form even to the mightiest of nations. Other countries and we as the people have to make sure we keep this country in line. I don't think we are doing a good job currently, but I think it is possible to do.

*If he wasn't the person you were referring to and I misunderstood what you were saying, then I apologize. I could only assume it was that person.
