There are tons of mods for those games. Most are based on PC tools. And yes to question 2

you need to be online for games mw3 and up in order to set stats, mw2 and below can be done offline

Where do u download ur mods and patches from?
There aren't many on ttg for the more recent games.. Just seems to be flooded with cod 4 and mw2!

i google them and look on youtube, and as for the patchs, patchs were for mw2 and below(mw2 tu6)now they use a .dll and for newer games they use a plugin for the menu or .dll but im not sure how many menus are .dll for current games
look up rte tools on youtube and youll see what the tools are about,

First of all, its not worth buying a jtag for just online hosting. I hope you know you have to pay 20$ a day to get online with xblse. Even though you can get on for free right no with Sawyer file its still not worth it. With Xblse not that many people were hosting because it was so expensive. But now anyone can host so microsoft is going to throw out a dashboard update patching these sawyer files, and every form of xblse. This means we probably have about 2~ weeks to be online till a dashboard update that will cause us to be off of Xbox live for months. Also they are Ip banning now, so if you have a retail you will be more than likely banned unless you set up a vpn. If you still want to host online I would get an xenon because they can take both type 1 and 2 Kvs making them easier to unban. But honestly I would just wait if you are only wanting to host online.
