2 GB of VRAM will be fine for whatever you want to do. Do you plan on doing a 3 monitor setup? If not 2GB is fine.

Alright! Now that's what I want! Thanks for that .Now, one question for you Terrabytez, how many mods do you have running for either one of those games? Like large ones such as Project Nevada or FWE? 80 fps is perfect, I would like to know if that is with mods or without.

Skyrim, like 10 and a handful of my own.
Fallout NV not many but it is old easy enough to run that mods won't affect performance much, unless of course it is a HUGE mod.

As long as you get 60 fps you'll be fine you don't need "80 fps" unless you have a 120hz monitor you'll notice its smoother on 120 fps and lower. If your monitor is 60hz (Most likely is) 60 fps will be fine.

So if I had a solid 80 fps on either three games, with a 60hz monitor the other 20 frames won't be really doimg any effect?

A 60Hz monitor refreshes the screen 60 times per second. Therefore, a 60Hz monitor is only capable of outputting 60fps. It can still feel smoother to play at a higher frame rate than your monitor can display however, because input lag with your mouse will be reduced. You might also start to see tearing though, which happens when your video card is rendering frames faster than your monitor can display them.

If you had a 120Hz monitor it would better to get 60+ FPS, if you don't then you don't actually need the 20 extra frames.

I guess I xould have a 60hz monitor, enable vsync so I don't get above 60 fps, therefore making my smotuness fine and no tearing and such. If I'm looking at it right, this should max out my performance on my monitor and allow to have more room for mods. Am I saying this right?

Vsync introduces some input lag but if you're playing single player you should be fine. In multiplayer games you need quicker reaction so it's better to have it off and yes it would make it smoother. It wouldn't necessarily leave more room for mods though. So whats the build you'll be getting?
