It's because of the money. They don't care for their fans. It's all about the money.

It does suck... youtube has gone downhill. The most obvious case that I can see is KSI. He use to post videos that seemed like they took a lot of time to edit. Now he still takes time in his videos, but it is not how it use to be.

When hutch first got big he was the best, he put everything like it was.

Same with Seananners, now every big YouTube is a money whore. Like whiteboy for example, he has like 8 or 9 channels and he uploads the same videos to all of them, they all have partnerships, so he's getting money from all of them. It's selfish in my opinion.

I see this way too much with Youtubers doing GTA content. It is ridiculously annoying for them to take a two minute video, take 30 seconds at the beginning and end of the video to beg for likes and subs.

When you said "How can you look up to someone who is using you for money" Its not really a bad thing. For a lot of people, that is their living, and its how they can afford to live.

When you watch a movie, or go see a show, they are essentially using you for money as well.

Wubs wrote I agree. YouTubers have been going downhill lately.

Most of them BEG for likes and have more than 2 channels.

Take Killer Keemstar for example. IMO he has way too may channels. To make it better he has T-Shirts shops for all of them lol.

There are very few Youtubers nowadays who care about the community. :/

Syndicate, Jericho, Gold Glove, LoadingGodMode, frankiein1080onpc

All of them care about their fans.

These are really the only users I still watch, including LagxPeanutPwner!

iSupport wrote You also need to look at it from their perspective. Many of the famous youtubers do their job for a living. I understand when you're like RayWilliamJohnson which only cares about the money, but other people have a family to look after and bills to pay. With new members joining every day, channels are created daily and the average amount of subcribers per youtuber increases rapidly.

If they don't constantly ask their viewers for support or ask users to subscribe, they'll fall behind. Each time they sign a contract it'll be for less and less money. So you also have to think about it that way.

I agree with your thread for the most part, but also think you should look at it from the people who actually need the money's perspective. Someday, when you have a job and a family to look after, you'll understand that doing your best at work must be a priority if you want to survive in such a competitive world.

Cheers

Keemstar is a DBag anyway. He is basically the TMZ of youtube. I don't really appreciate what he does.
