If there is a crack in the disc after purchase you will not get a refund and they will not replace it for you. Tough luck.

next time you get one, install it on your HDD and use a plastic CD case, the Xbox 360 game cases crack your games overtime, starting from the middle.

I have bought and sold COD4 multiple times.

I actually just bought it again via Games On Demand so I am forced to keep it without selling. I sold it multiple times because it just got old and no one played it, and then I would buy it back because everyone got on it, then same thing happened twice more lol

Well wouldn't that mean you dot really take excellent care of your games? You were probably forcing it out (don't worry I had that problem to) But what I did was just bought a CD case and stored all my games in there. I never put them back in the plastic case unless I really don't care about the game. (my blue dragon for xbox 360 for example :3)

I never knew it cracks your disc thats weird never happened to me.

GameStop will not replace it unless you bought the warranty. MW2 only costs a couple dollars anyways.
