Oh okay, my apologies for the wikipedia incident.

I stopped reading shortly after point number 1, they are supposed to be a secret organization? No they are not the people who make them up are but their plans, and their existence are not secret and was never intended to be. Messages in songs, ads, tv, etc are hidden as well to people who do not believe or look closer.

I'm not seeing any proof though. It would just be an assumption that they don't exist since people "know" about them. I don't think the music industry would be the main part of The Illuminati if they did exist, but that is just my opinion. I think The Illuminati would be a government within the governments of the world. They could also be a part of large and important corporations. Bohemian Grove is something to look into. A vacation with a nice number of the top officials and corporations all around the world that have plays and rituals in front of an owl statue. Just saying, that is pretty weird. We know this because someone managed to infiltrate and record a bit of it. Maybe it's nothing, but you can't just shrug it off as nothing just because we know about it. We don't know the entirety of it or the information going around in it.
