After it is open, take the silver/gray cover off of your disc tray. Go get a cotton swab. (maybe a few) and lightly clean the lense with one, then with another cotton swab, clean off the little swirly rods. If it doesn't work after that then you need a new disc tray. Keep me updated though.

just do this... it works. I did this to fix my own + 2 of my buddies 360s
