alright i just made an account from scratch and it worked.
but when i try my main account it will say the error.
what the hell is wrong?

Your main account may not be made with locale as United States , have the same billing info or XBL silver?

Sorry guys, this method has been patched in the past 30 minutes in UK and a friend from US said it was patched an hour ago, thanks all for viewing my topic and thanking , 4k views was amazing and glad to help all the people

How are you suppose to make an account in the US? It doesn't even have that listed as a country when I try to sign up.

I did it myself about 2 hours ago, so i'm not sure what's going on there.

Edit: Just checked the times of the related emails. Turns out it was at 3:17 BST, or in other terms, about 3 hours ago.

this is not patched for me i did it at 9:00 pm est and still worked for me after others said it was patched.i live on the east coast in the usa.
