UPDATE:ON BANCORE.COM, IF YOU ARE FROM UNITED STATES USE CANADA AS YOU'RE REGION AS IT IS +1 AND USE YOUR PHONE NUMBER, UK RESIDENTS USE UK.
Steps:
Step 1:Go On Your Xbox 360, Change Your Locale To Singapore
Step 2:Create An Xbox Live Silver Account (ON YOUR CONSOLE, NOT XBOX WEBSITE)
Step 3:Usually You Need A Credit-Card Even If The Xbox Live Promotion Is $0.00, So.. Next step.
Step 4:Head To [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] And Sign Up With A VALID phone number.
Step 5:It will ask you to choose a pin number, choose anything you will remember.
Step 6:Once complete you will sign in , and have a virtual Visa pre-made with your details. Next step
Step 7:Now head to Xbox.com and Sign In with your credentials you used to make your silver account on your Xbox 360..Make sure you check keep me logged in.
Step 8:Once logged in, close the tab and it will keep you logged in, Then Follow The Link [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] To Bring You to a promotional offer that costs $0.00
Step 9: Put In the same Billing Info as your credit card name etc, google a random Singapore address)
Step 10: Enter your Credit Card Info From The Bancore Site you signed up on, then press continue and you are complete.
[UPDATE]Step 11:After completion on left hand side of the screen turn Auto Renewal Off
TIP: IF YOU GET THIS ERROR MESSAGE BELOW, DO NOT POST A POST BELOW SAYING IT DOESNT WORK LIKE THE LAST PEOPLE, BE PATIENT AND LEAVE IT FOR 10 MINUTES AND TRY AGAIN, TRUST ME I HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

You can use the same credit-card for 5 accounts, then you can ask a friend to choose a confirmation code, or use a homephone. I hope this tutorial works as it has for me, Just for credit i did not find this method, i am simply reposting it to stop the hassel of everyone asking for a free live method

But one question... how do you stop it renewing? i try and remove the credit card but it asks for another payment option before it will remove.
