Personally i think its for passing the 20 character limit. Or just to seem like you're cool.

It does bother me, but probably not as much as people who format every post they make to be italics and centralised.

Seriously, save the formatting for topics, not replies.

its an occasion that I do it, I mostly do it because of people in the CoD section posting glitches. I see they vid they want me to watch and sometimes what I want to say is below 20 characters and I have received warnings in the past about putting 20202020 at the end.

Some of my replies are:

-Sal- wrote Cool find. Great!

-Sal-

Without placing -Sal- at the end, I would not have enough characters at the end. But thats just me.
