Either you BOOSTED or used MODS, if thats the case then you are BANNED








But if you didnt do any of those then give the GOLD some time to "register" on your account

I turned the Xbox off and on, and it worked now ;)

Only Enforcement can tell you why you get banned, and not via phone or chat support. Support agents, have no access to, or ability to do anything about your ban or suspension, unless it is a billing suspension. Go post in the Forums, and save yourself some time and aggrivation when you wait for a support agent to tell you, "So sorry , but you need to post in the forums" .
