Are_you_a_bad wrote if you boosted, then thats why, and if thats the case, when it lets you back on, you'll have no kills, and 10,000 deaths as your record, they warned about boosting on IGN too, if you didnt notice, but, firt offence is a weeks bad, second is permanent, they're tired of people mis using the game, which is why they do that now, but if you weren't boosting, then i dont know what to tell you

You won't lose anything, when you go to delete your profile it'll say just the profile or profile and items, press to only delete the profile

Sign out and sign back in

If that does not work hit the dashboard and load BO2 again
