By observing the electrons you change it via photons bouncing back which can increase it's charge (+ or -) and move it up or down an orbit.
People mix up the double slit experiment with philosophy or consciousness or something, it's simply called wave particle duality which means that the particle has both wave and particle properties.

I thought of this when I haven't even took that class. What I'd believe wither that it's a test or it's a dream, but you see, That means that only you are the only person that is, technically, alive. That means that you guys are testing me in which you guys don't have a physical appearance. You guys are just acting like random people on the internet,but you guys are really nothing but a thing that creates text. I did believe in this for a while, but then I changed my mind cause I couldn't prove that is real or not. It just feels like that because you only see through you perspective or eyes and only feel your emotions.

Yes that is correct and the only thing that has a wave and a particle is light.

I believe that everything around us exists. Though it can be percieved differently by different minds.
