Yes Muslims are against violence, such as Christians.

In the 1st - 10th century 10,000s of pagans where killed by Christians, who where trying to 'convert' them.

for instance, the 782, the Frankish king Charlemagne ordered the massacred of 4,200 people because they where Saxons, who where not Christians.

But, Christianity is considered a peaceful religion.



You could also argue that this was recent, but the National Liberation Front of Tripura killed 100s of Hindus and Hindu teachers from the year 2000 onwards

So, You can't call a whole religion out for being violent, when just some of them did something like that.

To say all Muslims are or are not violent would be incorrect. In any given religion, every single person has a different interpretation of what is required of them, so it would be unfair to say all Muslims are violent/terrorists/extremists.
I don't read the Qur'an so I don't know how the requirements can be interpreted. Did you know Adolf Hitler was a Christian?
Some Muslims are bad but others are not.

I saw that and "Secrets of Bin Laden's Lair" on Discovery. I actually noticed a few small details which could either be coincidentally legit or they could be flaws (if the operation was fake).
For example, in the year 2000, an unmanned predator drone spotted Bin Laden but it was apparently unarmed. It is understandable that whoever was looking through this drone wouldn't want to send in ground forces (even though they should)! But why say that sending ground forces in was too big a risk and the predator was unarmed when you could crash the predator into the target with complete precision and timing? Can anyone answer that one?
