His main "snack" was like said, nutri-grain bars and these Filipino chips that are amazing but don't contain lots of those junk you would find in normal chips.

Also, try working out or getting more active. I often swam and played basketball with him as well. He said that helped him a lot.

Alright mate, i was always out playing football all the time, but then got bored never done much then started smoking which is something i regret doing.

Yeah i know, my Girlfriend don't want me to smoke and her parents used to but not no more, and my parents smoke so it'll be hard but i no longer want to harm me and other people anymore, its not worth it.

You can't quit smokin cigs? Ain't that damn hard man...I've quit'm and stop any time I want. You get urges or some shit just deny it.. If you can't do that you're a weak bitch. shit dude I did OPP and weed too and quit just fine next day.

ok i have never smoked before but my dad does and this is how he stopped. he removed all cigs from his daily life. then he told all his friends so that they motivate him( and you have to remember what smoking does to you it kills you over 4 million people died from tobacco alone last year keep that in mind when you think about smoking) when you have cravings eat fruit it will keep the pounds offf or just chew gum. then when you go in withdraw eat lots of fruit i forget which chemical but in apple's there is a chemical that is released in your body to help against withdraws, and bananas also i think, but then bamm your done. edit; also play sports it will keep you from stress if you play with the right people for fun.
