Well im having my Last FFagg/Cigarette Now, then im going to try and go without one tomorrow, then if that works out, im going to try for longer,

anyway guys you got any tips to help?

Try not to get stressed, then you wont crave a cigarette.

Eat sunflower seeds. thats how I quit. Nibble on seeds throughout the day and when you feel you need a square, eat a ton of seeds. I prefer Barbeque flavor

Yes, Dont do it at all. if you feel you need one, do push ups or something to take your mind off

Try to keep yourself busy and away from any cigarette's
I have also seen people keep there mouth's busy by eating crisps.

When my friend began his process of quitting smoking he first stopped smoking then went to nicotine gum. After nicotine gum, he started just eating snacks and such to get rid of the urge. And from there, he never thought about lighting a cigarette again. Hes still sober to this day (he quit around 2008).

I'm not 100% how long this process took him, but you have to be dedicated to quitting. You should also have friends who don't pressure you into taking "just one more," but instead friends who keep your mind off smoking.

Yeah one thing i don't want to do is start eating and putting on weight.

Well im trying to quit now and i only smoke NewPorts but once i get outta highschool 5 days graduating. Im moving to New York and there 10 Dollars a pack and i dont have money for that ish so move to Ny with me. So we wont be able to keep buying.
