If you want to get bigger then you have to do power lifting. Sit ups and Push ups alone won't get you very good results.

It's not that bad, but don't do any extreme weightlifting or stuff like that. Too much working out without little breaks can stunt your growth. Trust me, you would hate to be amazingly ripped and be 5'3.

Um...if you do it every night, that';s a bit much. I would do it every-other day. Your abs do recover fast though. So if you cut the 450 in half, you could do it every night.

what u lifting m8 and no thats about an average work out i do about 1000 sit ups a day and about 250 push ups

Get some dumbbells do some crunches, get a treadmill eat well. simple as shit.
