Lightweight wrote as i said in the post, mw2 has the exact same scratch. the scratch is barely visible, unless under light, and some of my discs have way more scratches, but worked fine. =i never moved my xbox when the disc was in either.
Did you even read my post? Any scratch can affect the game, some won't. It's possibly your MW2 disc's scratch wasn't that deep enough to **** it over. Also doesn't mean a single scratch will ruin the game.
