I have my own equipment at home that I use daily. I use the treadmill one day and the rower on the other day to workout my arms, back, legs, etc.

Any particular reason why you stopped? Just curious lol

Cool man, My mum has a few cardio machines in our attic which she uses but I never touch them lol.
You can always add stuff like push-ups/squats etc to your day when working out other muscles, all require no equipment.
Just yourself... and hard work!

Well today I just started the push-up challenge. Gonna be doing push-ups every other day after I use the rower and slowly increase my reps as I go. Gonna do this for a month or so and see what comes out of it. Will update you guys in a month :^)

I am 14 and I go 4-5 days a week. I usually bike to the gym on my way home from school as it is near my house. Go for about 90-120mins each session. Tuesdays and wednesdays I work on core/abs, other days I work on biceps/triceps and legs etc..
Love going to the gym and working on my body! It has it's perks! It also helps me out after a stressful day at school. I don't really drink protein shakes but I want to start to!
Any recommendations?

Casein is ideal for before bed, I think my workout program is currently.
Monday - chest & tris
Tuesday - legs & shoulders + traps
Wednesday back + abs
Thursday bis and forearms
then i kinda just start mix and matching i like to workout every day for roughly 2-3 hours.
Currently taking ON Gold Standard Whey, 2 Scoops with a banana and 2-4 egg whites.
2x fish oil, 1x B-12, 1x Multi vitamin, 1x Iron tablet, 3x CELLUCOR P6 BLACK.
PUMP HD pre workout.
Celltech creatine post workout.
BCA's b4 bed + glutamine and Gold Standard Casein 1-2 scoops depending on my meals that day.

sesh wrote What's this gym thing you guys a talking about? The greatest feeling you can get in a gym or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is the pump. Lets say you train your biceps, blood is rushing in to your muscles and thats what we call the pump. Your muscles get a really tight feeling like your skin is going to explode any minute and its really tight and its like someone is blowing air into your muscle and it just blows up and it feels different, it feels fantastic. Its as satisfying to me as cumming is, you know, as in having sex with a woman and cumming. So can you believe how much I am in heaven? I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; Im getting the feeling of cumming at home; Im getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. Its terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven.

I workout up at the school.
I now have football practice everyday so I dont lift nearly as much anymore because football can be pretty taxing.
Monday Wednesday and Friday were all upper body.
Tuesday and Thursday were lower body.
Saturday and Sunday were abs.
Not the greatest scheduling but I definitely got in shape for football by doing this.
