DualWield wrote M4A4 or M4A1? Just wondering.. Thanks for all the help

Which one do you use the most/like using?

If you don't know yet try both and see which one you most like the feel of or can control better.

M4A4 - 30 Rounds, Not Suppressed
M4A1-S - 20 Rounds, Suppressed

If you need to stay hidden and stealthy, the M4A1 is the best one to go for, but you will have to be accurate as 20 rounds doesn't leave you much room to miss.

The M4A4 is best for when you need a larger magazine capacity and stealth does not matter.

Ok, one way I can recommend for improving is deathmatch. Just play deathmatch and use weapons you like and change your settings to whatever you like. To get custom crosshairs [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] by using that link. You can get custom crosshairs from that. And to practice and get better at the game mainly deathmatch just practice with recoil and all that.

Play deathmatch for a while and use the same weapon until you are sufficient with it then try another. Just practice, practice, practice.

All you need to learn is the Gun recoil, If you can control the recoil then you will win most gun fights, Try some Warmup maps from the workshop. They can help your aim.

DualWield wrote How do I learn the spray though? Also how do I counteract the recoil?
Will you just tell me on a few examples:
1. AK47
2. M4A4
3. Galil

With an ak you pull down until you hit 20 bullets then startp pulling left, right and back to the middle.

Theres a workshop map called "Recoil Master" where you can control recoil perfectly by holding down left click and following this dot on the wall which helps you with following the recoil pattern.

its all about play time, keep playing it, you will get to know all the maps, you will get better control of recoil and map awareness, how to go around corners and what to do in certain situations, currently LEM atm after a year of playing, id say deathmatches are really good to improve spray control.

To make it short and sweet, the best ways to get better is first, practice your aim in deathmatch. Once you learned how to control your weapon and actually get kills with good sprays and one taps, then move on. Second, gather up information on videos like smoke spots when you are on the Terroists side, and good spots to sit on Counter-Terroists side. One of the more efficient ways of learning this is to look up videos and learn some spots to help you and as well as practicing them in a private match. Third, watch professional CSGO players play, one of the main reason I know where to be located, is because of watching these players play. I reccomend the best site to go on is csgolounge.com since they provide almost every game that includes spectacular players. Finally, just have fun, we all know this is a game and in order to be one of the best at it you must always be calm, cool, and colective, meaning be relaxed and never let your head go off if you lose a gun fight or something bullshit happens. Hope this helped you!
