Why are there so many idiots saying it doesn't work or that you'll be charged straight away? You can do the same things on every online website that has the ability to preorder...

Live in the US and used a Credit Card to pay. No option to cancel the order. I looked everywhere on the My Orders page and under the game title where people are saying it should be.

It's okay mate, as long as it says cancelled on the actual website you should be set to go. They're probably under heavy load which means delayed emails. Wait a day and if you're that concerned give them a ring or go into their live support.
