Yeah mate I'm sure it can. There's been plenty of people in here who have done it several times. Just be careful to not keep doing it. Your account could easily get flagged.

I'd do it once to get the code. Currently you can't redeem the code under PC. Only Xbox one and PS4 is listed at the moment. I'd still get a code since they'll probably let you use the same code for PC when it comes out.

You won't get billed until they physically ship the game, which isn't going to happen for another 5 months if not more.

It works once but not multiple times. So no good if you want to Pre-Order the game again/for a friend etc.
