Buddy, there is no such thing.
The best you can do, is plug your desktop into the tv, or use a console.
I'm sorry, I've tried to use those WD internet boxes and stupid things like those, they don't work.

Why not do it for a gaming console? a blu ray player?

Just do what I do, buy a raspberry pi (they're dirt cheap), install raspbmc on it and voila. I'm sure the Raspberry Pi A+ model will run it as well and that costs $20 (B+ model has better specs though and only costs $40). Since the raspberry pi isn't a powerful computer at all you may encounter hardware limitations if you try to play blu ray rips, but I've never tried to play anything that the raspi just refused to play.

They don't come with one unless you find someone selling a bundle with a case included or something. It doesn't really need one though, I had mine without one for a long time. Most people actually just make their own case out of legos or something but Amazon has some good ones for $10 I think.
