I'm thinking so. but NOT if you are like trying to claim the song as you're own. if you are just making a video, say in the description that you don't own the song . i have seen a lot of people who say that in there songs and they don't get in trouble

I would say just look for something that says copyright on the page if not go for it

Aslong as you dont earn any money from it, then ur allowed to use it if i remember correct.
