I picked up a Motorola razr I in the uk for 150 on sale but it went back up to 250 just have a quick search on the web you will find some decent phones for decent prices

For the s4 you can get it for 199 at verizon... I just did that

You can buy a Nexus 4 without a contract for 300 dollars... Its a really good price for what you get.

i have the s3 mini. its totally worth it! i would recommend getting that. really fast. and i have nothing to complain about (:
